Sunday at FPC
April 27, 2014
7:30 AM (First Light), 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM
On this final Sunday of April, Senior Pastor Doug Pratt will share a message entitled “Did We In Our Own Strength Confide.” Assisting him in worship leadership will be Pastors Paul Fahnestock and John McWilliams, Director of Sacred Arts Jeff Faux and Associate Director Peter Lewis. Special music will be offered by the Contemporary Ensemble, Chancel Choir and vocalist Tony Pulera. At the 11:00 AM service we will also celebrate the Sacrament of Baptism with members Andrew & Shawn Clem, and daughter Anna.
Sunday evening we will gather as a church family to mark the milestone of ten years under the leadership of Senior Pastor Doug Pratt. All are invited to join us as we reflect on what God has done in and through this family of faith. The program begins at 5 PM in the Sanctuary, followed by a time of fellowship.
CenterPoint worship, in our alternate venue just off the art gallery, is a wonderful option at 9 & 11 AM. Those seated in CenterPoint participate fully in the worship services via live video/audio feed from the Sanctuary. The atmosphere is more casual, with coffee and refreshments available. One of our pastors will be present to greet you.
Childcare for the youngest children (6 months to 3 years) is available and Children’s Sunday school for those 3 years to 5th Grade is offered at 11 AM. Parents are asked to check their children in at the Check-In desk, located at the east end of the Narthex, near the entrance to the Family Ministries Center, before the service.
A Time of Prayer & Communion
Sundays at Noon • Price Chapel
Every Sunday immediately following the 11 AM service, we offer an opportunity to experience a time of healing prayer and communion. Come to Price Chapel, where one of our pastors, together with members of the Order of St. Luke, stand ready to minister to your needs.
