Sunday at FPC
March 1, 2015
7:30 AM (First Light), 9 & 11 AM
On this first Sunday of March we will celebrate the Sacrament of the Holy Communion. Senior Pastor Doug Pratt will share a brief Communion meditation entitled “The VIP’s Awakening.” Assisting him in worship leadership will be Pastor Steven Grant, June Barrow and John McWilliams, Director of Sacred Arts Jeff Faux and Associate Director Peter Lewis. Special music enhancing our services will be offered the Angelus Bells and Chancel Choir. Vocalist Tony Pulera will sing at the early First Light service.
CenterPoint worship, in our alternate venue just off the art gallery, is a wonderful option at 9 & 11 AM. Those seated in CenterPoint participate fully in the worship services via live video/audio feed from the Sanctuary. The atmosphere is more casual, with coffee and refreshments available. One of our pastors will be present to greet you.
Childcare for the youngest children (6 months to 3 years) is available and Children’s Sunday school for those 3 years to 5th Grade is offered at 11 AM. Parents are asked to check their children in at the Check-In desk, located at the east end of the Narthex, near the entrance to the Family Ministries Center, before the service.
A Time of Prayer & Communion
Sundays at Noon • Price Chapel
Every Sunday immediately following the 11 AM service, we offer an opportunity to experience a time of healing prayer and communion. Come to Price Chapel, where one of our pastors, together with members of the Order of St. Luke, stand ready to minister to your needs.
