  • Sunday at FPC

    February 19, 2012

Worship at 7:30 (First Light), 9:00 and 11:00 AM

This Sunday Pastor Doug Pratt will share a message from Matthew 26 entitled “The Rock Crumbles.” (This passage was recently covered in the daily reading of those who are working their way through the New Testament in 2012.) Assisting in worship leadership will be Rev. Paul Fahnestock (9 AM), Rev. Dan Oedy (11 AM), Director of Sacred Arts Jeff Faux and Associate Director Peter Lewis. Special music enhancing the services will be offered by the Chancel Choir, Men’s Choir and Jubilate Bells.

Childcare for children six months to three years is available during the 9 AM worship service, and for those two years and younger at 11 AM. Parents are asked to check their children in at the Check-In desk (located at the east end of the Narthex, near the Preschool entrance) before the service. Note: “First Light” is an abbreviated worship service at 7:30 AM. Approximately 40 minutes in length, it includes the same message as the later services and music from a featured soloist. The atmosphere is casual, and you're encouraged to “come as you are.”

A Time of Prayer & Communion

Sundays at Noon • Price Chapel

Every Sunday immediately following the 11 AM service, we offer an opportunity to receive the sacrament of Holy Communion and experience a time of healing prayer. Come to Price Chapel, where one of our pastors, together with members of the Order of St. Luke, stand ready to minister to your needs.
