Sunday at FPC
November 2, 2014
8 AM (First Light) & 10 AM
On this All Saints Sunday, we remember those of our church family who have gone to be with the Lord since last year. This will be a Communion service, and will be led by Pastor Doug Pratt, who will share a meditation entitled “The Shocking Gift to the Undeserving.” Assisting him will be Pastors Steven Grant and Paul Fahnestock, Director of Sacred Arts Jeff Faux and Associate Director Peter Lewis. Special music enhancing our services will be offered by the Chancel Choir and vocalist Tony Pulera.
Remember to reset your clocks… fall back one hour!
CenterPoint worship, in our alternate venue just off the art gallery, is a wonderful option at 10 AM. Those seated in CenterPoint participate fully in the worship services via live video/audio feed from the Sanctuary. The atmosphere is more casual, with coffee and refreshments available. One of our pastors will be present to greet you.
Childcare for the youngest children (6 months to 3 years) is available and Children’s Sunday school for those 3 years to 5th Grade is offered at 10 AM. Parents are asked to check their children in at the Check-In desk, located at the east end of the Narthex, near the entrance to the Family Ministries Center, before the service.
A Time of Prayer & Communion
Sundays at 11 AM • Price Chapel
Every Sunday immediately following the 10 AM service, we offer an opportunity to experience a time of healing prayer and communion. Come to Price Chapel, where one of our pastors, together with members of the Order of St. Luke, stand ready to minister to your needs.
